When do you roast and ship?
We currently roast and ship on Monday and Thursday. Any orders received between Thursday and Sunday night will be roasted and shipped on Monday. Any orders received after Monday morning will roast and ship on Thursday.
How do subscriptions work?
All you have to do is select the subscription plan that suites you and we will take care of the rest. We roast and ship subscription coffees on Monday of every week so that you won't be without coffee! You can also pay in advance if you'd like to gift a subscription.
How do you ship?
We use USPS Priority Mail for most online orders and UPS for our wholesale accounts.
Where do you source your coffees?
We value quality, transparency, sustainability, equity, personal connection, and discovery. This is how we've approached our business, and we seek out green coffee importers who are in line with these values. Each coffee your purchase will list the importer on the label as a simple step of transparency.
Do you have a brick and mortar store?
Nope. Instead of managing all that comes with retail, we can focus 100% on you. This means we're available for meetings at "off" hours, we can run your order to the post office before it closes, and we can roast over and over and over again to get the full potential out of a new coffee. Because our focus is on you and great coffee.
