Christmas Coffee has become an annual tradition of hunting down exceptionally exceptional coffee and bringing it to you in time for Holiday cheer. This year is no exception! This year we've developed a blend of Mexico and Ethiopia that has festive flavor notes and pairs with pumpkin pie quite nicely.
In Mexico, Finca Santa Cruz is in its third year of operation and already producing exciting coffees. Second-generation producer Pepé Arguello is innovative and his coffee is already winning awards. His farming philosophy is precise, agronomically advanced, and focused on conservation. His practices also help inform and grow education in the surrounding farmer population. He carries on the legacy of his father and his community while advancing with the technologies of the present, producing a truly stellar product.
In the Agaro region of Ethiopia, the Kolla Bolcha Co-op is an excellent representative of everything Agaro has to offer. To this day, Red Fox's long and substantial relationship with with Asnake and Efrem, Kata Muduga’s leaders, affords them first right to lot selection. On top of that, Kolla Bolcha is able ship these lots first so the coffee enters the USA as pristine as when it left and with even more time to shine.
