the OAXACA REGION
Oaxaca produces some of the very best cups in Mexico. With 16 distinct indigenous groups/cultures, many of which grow coffee, the region is incredibly diverse from an environmental, climatic, and social perspective. Most producers own a small 1-2 hectare farm, and Red Fox evaluates each individual farmer’s deliveries, paying well above traditional channels. Each coffee represents an enormous effort of electing and vetting for quality, both in the cup and strict moisture content and water activity parameters of the green bean as well. Christmas Coffee is vibrant, delicious, and sweet. Perfect for Holiday gatherings and sharing with loved ones. Enjoy!
